The History of Newbury Vt by Wells, page 639, has biography of the Mills fam
ily. They were from Argyllshire, Scotland and went to N. Ireland then to Lond
onderry NH about 1725.With them were McDuffies, McKeens, McGregors and others.
John and Robert Mills came about 1720. John was later killed but Robert Mills
settled in Chester NH. He had been married earlier. Know of only one son.
